SHIPPING METHOD
UK, Jersey, Guernsey – Royal Mail
Europe, USA, Canada and Rest of Word – Royal Mail International Tracked / Air Parcel
All orders are shipped from the UK


PROCESSING and SHIPPING TIME
Usually, all orders will be packed and shipped within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and cleared.

Estimated shipping time is based on normal situation for reference and excludes the time for customs clearance.
UK, Jersey, Guernsey: about 2 – 4 business days
Europe: about 3 – 8 business days
USA, Canada and worldwide: about 5 – 10 business days


CUSTOMS, TAXES and DUTIES
For International buyers (non-UK delivery), your order may be subject to additional fees, local taxes, import duties, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information about any potential fees before placing an order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Most Japanese-imported jigsaw puzzles come with a Missing Piece Replenishment Service card in the box. You can use the included Missing Piece Request Form to ask for a replacement if you lose or find a piece missing. However, the manufacturer may not be able to replace pieces for discontinued (Out of Print) or older puzzles.

Glue (if any) included with discontinued or older puzzles may have dried out due to age. Using glue is not essential for completing or displaying a puzzle. However, if you wish to use glue, we recommend purchasing a fresh glue separately.


SAFETY WARNING
All these jigsaw puzzles are not suitable for children under 6 years of age due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Children should always be supervised by an adult while playing with these puzzles.
